When should I reach out to your firm?IMMEDIATELY!! You will likely be overwhelmed with emergency service people, contractors and public-adjusters pressuring you to sign contracts, authorizations and do all sorts of things. STOP! Those need to be read and you need to understand that nothing is free. You are often committing to services that aren't right for you by people you don't know.

How much does an attorney cost for a fire claim?Very rarely will you be out of pocket with our office. You insurer will pay for damages and part of those payments are for "overhead" of the claim. We strive to stay cost-effective so our fees are honored as part of the claim. As always, because time is a factor. Emergency calls are always free.
